We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Design Lead to join a global design studio on a contract basis. This role is suited to a confident, hands-on leader who can take ownership of projects from inception through to delivery.
You will be responsible for driving project outcomes, managing client relationships, and leading internal teams to ensure high-quality design execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects end-to-end, from concept through delivery
• Act as the primary client liaison, managing communication and expectations
• Oversee project timelines, resourcing, and deliverables
• Guide and mentor junior and mid-level designers
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive design outcomes

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading interior design projects at a senior level
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Hospitality experience preferred 
• Must be REVIT proficient
• Ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions
• Excellent design, documentation, and presentation capabilities

Contract Details:

• Full-time contract (16 weeks)
• Immediate or short-notice start preferred
