A well-regarded builder is looking for a Contract Structures Foreman to join a major $150M residential development in Newcastle, supporting delivery through a key stage of the build. This is a 12–15 month contract with strong potential to go permanent for the right person.
Working closely with the Site Manager and project team, you’ll take ownership of structural works on site, driving programme, managing trades and ensuring works are delivered safely and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of structural works including concrete, formwork and reo
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage trade sequencing to maintain programme
- Drive site safety, quality and productivity across your work fronts
- Conduct inspections, manage defects and ensure works are delivered to specification
- Work closely with the engineering and site team to achieve key project milestones
- Experience as a Structures Foreman on commercial or residential construction projects
- Strong background delivering multi-storey or high-rise structural packages
- Proven ability managing subcontractors and driving programme outcomes
- Sound understanding of safety, quality and structural sequencing
- Immediate or short notice availability preferred
