The Role
My client is a well-established Tier 2 builder looking to bring on an experienced Foreman / General Foreman for a $200M+ Class 2 residential development (250+ apartments) based in the Inner West.
With a strong pipeline of secured work, this is a great opportunity to step into a General Foreman role and take ownership on a large-scale project.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your section day-to-day on site
- Managing trades and subcontractors across structure and/or finishes
- Driving programme and keeping works moving
- Coordinating trades and resolving issues as they come up
- Managing site paperwork, short-term programmes, and reporting
- Keeping on top of QA, ITPs, and general compliance
- Trade background (Carpentry ideal)
- Experience on larger residential / mixed-use builds ($50M+)
- Exposure to structure, finishes, or both
- Solid understanding of Class 2 builds and site processes
- Someone who can take ownership and run their area properly
- $200M+ project, 250+ apartments
- Good mix of structure and finishes still ahead
- Well-structured team and systems in place
- Strong pipeline of work coming through after this project
