A reputable renewable energy developer is looking for an experienced Construction Scheduler to step into a critical role on a flagship utility-scale BESS project.
About the Role
You will play a key role in the successful delivery of a large BESS project. Acting as the central point for scheduling, you will review the contractors programme using P6, provide analysis on this and will have input on variations / EOT analysis as required. It's a fixed 12 month contract and is required ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyse contractor schedules using Primavera P6
- Track project progress against baseline programmes and identify delays or risks
- Maintain and update the integrated project schedule based on contractor inputs
- Provide insights for monthly reporting, including schedule changes and risk analysis
- Support delay, variation and EOT assessments
- Challenge and validate contractor programmes to ensure accuracy and realism
- Coordinate across engineering, commercial and construction teams
- Strong experience in construction scheduling (renewables, infrastructure or utilities)
- Advanced Primavera P6 capability
- Ability to challenge contractors and influence delivery outcomes
- Experience on large-scale energy or infrastructure projects
- Fixed 12 month contract with potential for future work
- Get experience on a large BESS project
