About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy office. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth running of the business and will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the nuances of working within architecture, construction, or fit-out sectors.

You will be the central point of coordination across administration, office operations, and team support, working closely with senior leadership and project teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency across all administrative functions
  • Provide high-level support to Directors and senior leadership team
  • Coordinate internal processes, systems, and documentation across projects
  • Support project teams with documentation, formatting, and submissions where required
  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external stakeholders
  • Oversee office facilities, supplies, and vendor management
  • Assist with onboarding, team coordination, and general HR administration
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
About You
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Team Coordinator, or similar role
  • Essential: Background in architecture, construction, property, or fit-out industry
  • Strong understanding of project-based environments and documentation workflows
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across all levels
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (experience with InDesign or project tools is advantageous)
