Their projects are typically large-scale, high-density developments, and they are known for maintaining a high-performing, well-supported site culture.
Due to a recent project award, they are now seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join the team on a landmark inner-city development.
The Project
You will be working on a major residential development comprising 400+ apartments, forming part of a broader mixed-use precinct in Sydney’s inner suburbs.
This is a complex, multi-stage build with significant structures and finishes scope, offering excellent exposure to a large-scale, high-profile project environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the delivery of the project from a technical and coordination perspective.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing design coordination and implementation
- Short and long-term programming support
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Driving project delivery across quality, WHS, and programme
- Coordinating subcontractors across structures and finishes
- Managing RFIs, variations, and design changes
- Building strong relationships with consultants and stakeholders
- Degree qualified in Engineering or Construction Management
- 5+ years’ experience with a head contractor (Tier 1–3)
- Strong experience on large-scale residential or mixed-use projects ($100M+)
- Solid understanding of structures and finishes delivery
- Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage stakeholders and subcontractors
- Driven, proactive, and looking to step into a key delivery role
