We’re working with a well-regarded builder delivering a landmark $200M+ residential apartment project in South Sydney, and they’re looking to bring on a strong Foreman to lead from the front on a complex basement package.
This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a technically challenging build with significant early works and structure ahead.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of the basement works, including a multi-level dig (4–5 levels) and integrated substation. This is a critical phase of the project, so they need someone confident driving programme, coordinating trades, and maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across the basement package
- Manage and coordinate trades, plant, and subcontractors
- Drive programme and ensure milestones are met
- Work closely with Site Manager and Engineers on sequencing and logistics
- Maintain a strong focus on WHS, quality, and compliance
- Manage site logistics in a tight, built-up environment
- Proven experience as a Foreman on large-scale residential or commercial builds
- Strong background in basement construction, excavation, and structural works
- Experience delivering multi-level basements highly regarded
- Ability to run trades and keep a job moving in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
