The Role
- Coordinate bids from start to finish
- Prepare tenders, EOIs, capability statements and presentations
- Manage inputs from project teams, consultants and suppliers
- Maintain bid registers and track submissions
- Ensure all documents meet brand and quality standards
- 2-3+ years’ experience in bid / tender coordination
- Background in construction, fitout, property, architecture. Also open to professional services
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Experience with InDesign or similar
- Able to manage multiple deadlines
