Due to workload they are seeking a Fire Pump Technician to join the team.
Role
As a Fire Pump Technician, you will be reporting to the Service Manger, working independently and in a team to service and maintain, repair Electric/Diesel Pumps as well conduct flow testing.
Responsibilities
- Service, repair and maintenance of pumps
- Monthly & Annual testing
- Flow testing
- Fault finding, overhauls
- Oil, valves, filter changes
- Experience in the fire industry is essential
- Plumbing licence preferred but not essential
- Experience in a field service Technician role is highly desirable
- Must be an excellent problem solver and be technically minded
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Full technical and safety training will be provided as required
- All tools & materials provided on job
