The Opportunity Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in overseeing site operations, managing teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will also be instrumental in maintaining strong client relationships and driving project performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations across multiple projects
- Plan, coordinate and monitor project progress
- Manage project costs and track financial performance
- Schedule labour and resources effectively
- Lead, mentor and motivate site teams
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards

- Qualified Electrician with Australian working rights
- Current Supervisor Licence or Contractor Licence
- Valid driver’s licence and White Card
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman or Supervisor on commercial electrical projects

- Ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
