About the Role
An opportunity is available for a Structural Engineer to join the team and play a key role in delivering a broad range of projects. This position offers the chance to take ownership of projects from concept through to completion, working closely with clients.
Responsibilities include managing project workflows, responding to requests for information (RFIs), and ensuring designs are delivered on time and to a high standard. The role also involves contributing to larger, more complex projects, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting efficient project delivery.
About You
A motivated and capable Structural Engineer with 3–5 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate is confident working directly with clients and stakeholders and has a solid understanding of structural design principles across residential and/or industrial projects.
Key attributes include:
- Proven experience managing elements of projects independently
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client interaction
- Ability to handle RFIs and coordinate design information effectively
- Experience with high-end residential, modular, or industrial projects (highly regarded)
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of work
- Exposure to a diverse and technically interesting project portfolio
