Contract Administrator | Class 2 Residential | Sydney
We’re currently working with a well-regarded residential builder who is looking to bring on a Contract Administrator to support the delivery of a Class 2 apartment project in Sydney.
This is a great opportunity to join a builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality residential projects and a solid pipeline of upcoming work.
The Role
- Manage contract administration across a live residential project
- Prepare and assess variations, progress claims and payment schedules
- Assist with procurement, tender packages and subcontractor negotiations
- Work closely with Project Managers, site teams, consultants and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate cost tracking, reporting and commercial registers
- Support the team to ensure strong commercial outcomes and risk management
Requirements
- Experience working as a Contract Administrator on Class 2 residential projects
- Strong understanding of procurement, subcontractor management and cost control
- Ability to manage variations, claims and commercial reporting
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with delivery teams
- Experience using Jobpac (or similar systems)
