HSE Administrator – Contract Role (8+ Months)

We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Administrator for an immediate start on a major construction project in Western Australia. This is a site-based role offering an initial 8-month contract with strong potential for extension.

A 3/1 roster is preferred (flexibility may be considered), and candidates based in WA will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain HSE documentation and ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures
Support data management, reporting, and accurate record-keeping of HSE metrics
Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and risk management processes
Coordinate site inductions, training records, and competency tracking
Provide support during audits and inspections
Assist with workforce communication and HSE engagement initiatives
Deliver general administrative support to the HSE team

Required Skills & Experience:

Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41419)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
Experience coordinating with site-based personnel
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Sound knowledge of HSE systems and reporting tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience in document control and management
Construction Industry White Card (essential)
Current Driver’s Licence (mandatory)
