An established yet growing mid-tier Building Contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a high-end luxury Residential Apartment project in Northern NSW, close to the QLD border and just a 20-minute drive from the Gold Coast.
This is a business on the rise, specialising in the luxury building sector, with a strong track record delivering premium projects.
They have built a team of personable and inspiring leaders, from Directors through to Project Managers and Construction Managers, creating a positive and collaborative working environment.
About the Role:
We are looking to identify an experienced Site Manager to take the lead on an $85m high-end luxury apartments project, located just south of the Gold Coast and within close proximity to the beach.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard of quality.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing subcontractors on site
- Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
- Overseeing quality control and finishes, particularly across high-end elements
- Working closely with the Project Manager, consultants, and broader delivery team
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering Multi-Unit Residential projects (Class 2)
- Strong ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively
- Solid understanding of construction sequencing, programming, and site logistics
- A keen eye for detail, particularly across high-quality finishes
- Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience using systems such as Procore or similar (desirable)
