An established yet growing mid-tier Building Contractor seeks a Senior Contract Administrator for a high-end luxury Residential Apartment building in Northern NSW, close to the QLD border and a 20-minute drive from the Gold Coast.
It's a growing company, specialising in the luxury building sector, it's an established business with a successful track record of delivering projects in the sector.
It has a team of personable and inspiring leaders from the Directors through to the Project Managers and Construction Managers.
About the Role:
We are looking to identify a Senior Contracts Administrator to work on a $85m high-end luxury apartments project south of the Gold Coast, in very close proximity to the beach.
You will manage and administer contracts, prepare and assess variations, progress claims and payments.
You will also assist procurement, tender packages and subcontractor management.
You will report to the Project Manager and work closely with the site teams, consultants and subcontractrors.
Requirements
- Experience working as a Contract Administrator on Multi-Unit Residential projects - Class 2 buildings
- Strong understanding of procurement, subcontractor management and cost control
- Ability to manage variations, claims and commercial reporting
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with site and delivery teams
- Experience with systems such as Procore, Aconex, Jobpac or similar
