About the role:
- Schedule and coordinate technicians’ daily workloads
- Allocate jobs efficiently based on skill set and availability
- Act as the main point of contact for client communication and updates
- Manage changes, urgent requests, and rescheduling as required
- Maintain accurate job records and ensure timely follow-up and completion
- Support overall service operations with strong attention to detail
- Strong experience in scheduling, coordination, or service operations
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Quick learner who can adapt to fast-paced environments
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proactive problem solver who can think on their feet
- Previous experience in a service coordination or similar role is highly regarded
- Fire industry experience is not required, but would be an advantage
