Experienced Architect – Multi-Residential (Apartments)

We’re working with a highly regarded design-led studio with a strong pipeline of multi-residential projects and a reputation for delivering thoughtful, well-crafted architecture. They’re looking to bring on an experienced Architect to help lead and deliver apartment projects across all stages.

This is an exciting opportunity if you enjoy being hands-on, working closely with directors, and having real influence over design and delivery.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading apartment projects from concept through to completion
Managing client relationships and consultant coordination
Driving design outcomes while balancing technical delivery
Working across DA, documentation, and construction phases
Mentoring junior team members where needed

What they’re looking for:

Registered Architect (or very close)
Solid experience delivering multi-residential / apartment projects in Australia - high end
Strong design sensibility backed by technical capability
Confident running projects and dealing with clients
Proficiency in Archicad
