About the Role
This is a site-based role responsible for supporting the development and delivery of a large-scale renewable energy project. You will play a key role in ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement throughout.
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team, you will oversee on-site activities, manage contractors, and ensure alignment with project milestones and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site activities to ensure successful project delivery against timelines and objectives
- Oversee contractors and consultants to ensure compliance with scope, budget, and contractual obligations
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and key development milestones
- Support the development and execution of project plans and delivery strategies
- Ensure effective stakeholder engagement across internal teams and external partners
- Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- Drive a strong health, safety, environmental, and compliance culture on site
- Oversee HSEC performance, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and company standards
- Support project handover processes, ensuring documentation and operational readiness
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Significant experience in project development or delivery, ideally within renewable energy or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of contractor and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and reporting processes
- Proven ability to deliver projects in line with timelines and key milestones
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage across all levels
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices
- Full driver’s licence and willingness to work on-site and travel as required
