The Role
Working closely with senior project leadership, you will support the planning and programming function across both pre-construction and live projects.
You’ll play a key role in developing and maintaining project programmes, monitoring progress, and working closely with site teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed construction programmes
- Monitor progress and identify risks, delays and opportunities
- Support short-term and master programme reporting
- Coordinate inputs from subcontractors and consultants
- Attend site and stakeholder meetings as required
- Assist with project controls, reporting and forecasting
- Review documentation to determine sequencing and methodology
- Support digital planning tools including 4D planning (highly regarded)
- Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or similar
- 2–4 years’ construction experience (site or planning)
- Minimum 12 months’ experience using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
- Proven experience working on $100M+ construction projects in Australia
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and delivery
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Work on large-scale, complex projects with full lifecycle exposure
