The Role
The Successful Contact Administrator will join a strong commercial team to deliver construction and remedial projects ranging from $10M - $40M.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with the administrative functions of projects in accordance to the company’s management systems, client’s requirements, contractual requirements and specifications and associated documentation
- Ensure that clients expectations in terms of the project quality, time & budget are delivered
- Meet target budget lettings for subcontractor packages
- Tender packages cover full scope
- Jobpac input accurate and completed on time
- Subcontractor information received and processed
- Progress claims and variations paid on time
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the remedial or commercial sector
- Knowledge and understanding of contract terms and conditions
- Understanding of WHS and environmental legislation and quality assurance requirements
- Insurance experience would be an advantage
- Knowledge of building principles
- Jobpac experience is an advantage
