A leading Tier 1 fit out contractor is looking to bring on an Intermediate Estimator for an initial 4-month contract, working out of their Sydney office. You will be supporting the pre-construction team across a strong pipeline of commercial fit out projects ranging from $5M–$50M.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs across commercial fit out projects
- Assist with tender submissions, BOQs and pricing breakdowns
- Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing
- Support senior estimators and pre-construction managers on multiple tenders
- 3–6 years’ experience in estimating within fit out / construction
- Exposure to commercial fit out or refurbishment projects
- Strong understanding of trades, pricing and tendering processes
- Proficiency with estimating software such as CostX (or similar)
- Immediate start with a well-regarded Tier 1 contractor
- Strong pipeline of high-value fit out projects
- Potential for extension or longer-term opportunities
