About the role:
The Senior Structural Engineer will play a key role in the structural team, taking ownership of design and delivery across multiple high-rise projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Design and documentation of mid to high-rise residential buildings (typically 5–10 storeys)
- Reinforced concrete and steel structural design
- Coordination with architects, builders and internal project teams
- Reviewing drawings and mentoring junior engineers and drafters
You will be involved from concept through to construction, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and in line with Australian Standards.
About the candidate:
Ideally you will have:
- 6–10 years of Structural Engineering experience, ideally within an Australian consultancy
- Strong experience delivering mid to high-rise (5–10 storey) residential projects
- Proficiency in ETABS, SpaceGass or similar structural design software
- Experience with reinforced concrete and steel design
- Degree qualified in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and local authority requirements
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
