Due to continued growth, they are seeking a BIM Manager to join their team, offering a genuine long-term career opportunity within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

This is a balanced role, with approximately 50% focused on BIM leadership and 50% involvement in project delivery, providing exposure across the full architectural process.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally 3-4 years’ experience as a BIM Coordinator or BIM Lead
• Advanced Revit capability (an in-house Revit assessment will form part of the process)
• Proven ability to mentor and train team members in Revit
• Strong focus on quality assurance and documentation standards
• Proactive approach to researching and implementing new technologies and workflows
• Solid understanding of project setup and ongoing BIM support
• Strong construction knowledge
• High-level documentation skills, including construction documentation, detailing, and contract administration
