Contracts Manager - Melbourne - Renewable Energy - 6 month+ contract

About the role
Based in Melbourne, the Contracts Manager will be required to work on both pre and post contract works on a number of high profile windfarm projects across Australia. The Contracts Manager will ideally have experience in up and down stream commercial management, helping with delay claims and finalising contracts.
 
Duties

• Manage the contractual/commercial interface with the EPC contractor
• Claims management and advisory
• Manage the EOI tender process for future wind farm projects
• Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
• Liaise with local and international internal stake holders - development team, sales, technical, EPC delivery, O&M 
• Undertake commercial negotiations and market analysis

  Skills and Experience

• Tertiary qualification within relevant engineering or commercial discipline
• Renewable Energy experience highly regarded  
• Up & Down stream contracts experience
• Proven track record in contract management
• Experience working within large EPC infrastructure projects 
• Commercial and technical acumen
• Passionate about Australia's renewable energy future
