Site Supervisor

The Company

Our client is a leading head contractor driving positive change in the construction industry. They value their people and supply chain with a forward thinking approach.

They have a solid leadership team delivering major projects across the SI, HI, commercial, hotel & residential sector up to $500M.


The Role

Working closely with your Site Manager, you will be required to work on large projects in in excess of $100M+.


Responsibilities

As the successful Site Supervisor, your duties will be as follows but not limited to:

• Supervise and direct construction activities on-site, including scheduling, planning, and coordinating resources.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Monitor progress and performance of workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials, and equipment usage.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Ideally trade qualified as Carpenter or hold relevant qualifications
• Must have a proven track record in delivering projects valued above $50M
• Possessing a diverse construction background is highly desirable
• Strong reporting and systems experience
• Excellent client-facing skills
• Excellent understanding of the full cycle construction process
• Excellent knowledge of BCA and ITP requirements
• Excellent Leadership skills
