About the Role:
Play a key role in enabling major renewable energy projects by securing land access and building strong, long-term relationships with regional stakeholders across South Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead negotiations and prepare agreements for easements, licences, and land access deeds
- Develop strategies balancing commercial outcomes with long-term stakeholder relationships
- Engage with landowners, lessees, and communities across regional SA through visits and meetings
- Coordinate legal, survey, and registration processes with General Counsel and internal teams
- Travel regionally while ensuring WHS compliance and support cross-functional project needs
- 5+ years in easement negotiations, land access, and working with regional communities
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and commercial/legal skills
- Manage multiple projects and explain legal terms clearly to landholders
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, CRM, GIS
- Current driver’s license for regional travel
