An established yet growing Building Contractor seeks a Senior Project Manager for a high-end luxury Residential Apartment building at the south end of the Gold Coast in Tweed shire.
It's a growing building company, specialising in the luxury building sector, it's an established business with a successful track record of delivering projects in the sector.
It has a team of personable and inspiring leaders from the Directors through to the Construction Managers and site teams.
About the Role:
We are looking to identify a Senior Project Manager to lead a high-end luxury apartments project in the Southern end of the Gold Coast, the building sits in close proximity to the beach.
You will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring programme, budget, quality and safety targets are achieved.
Requirements:
- Experience gained working as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager on Multi-Unit Residential projects beween $50m to $150m
- Manage program, budget, procurement, and stakeholder relationships
- Oversee subcontractor performance, quality assurance, and compliance
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure seamless execution
- Drive safety, quality, and efficiency on-site in alignment with company standards
- Mentor and support project teams, fostering a high-performance culture
- 8+ years’ experience in Project Management or Senior Project Engineer roles
- Background with a reputable mid-tier or Tier 2 builder highly regarded
- Strong technical knowledge of structures, services, and construction systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a solutions-driven approach
- Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
