The Role

You will be working on some of Brisbane’s largest commercial construction sites, including major high-rise developments and long-term projects with consistent workflows. This role will see you joining an experienced formwork crew where safety, quality workmanship, and productivity are highly valued.

With multiple sites currently active and more projects secured for the year ahead, this is a great chance to lock in steady hours, consistent weekly pay, and long-term employment prospects. Key Responsibilities

Install and dismantle timber and modular formwork systems
Formwork for slabs, columns, walls, and suspended decks
Read and work from construction plans
Ensure formwork is level, secure, and ready for concrete pours
Work safely and efficiently within a commercial construction environment

Requirements

Previous formwork experience preferred (all skill levels encouraged to apply)
White Card required
Own tools and reliable transport preferred
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
Commitment to site safety standards
