The Building &amp; Property markets continue to grow from strength to strength across NSW &amp; Vic. Vast increases in population growth and foreign investment is increasing demand for development across Residential, Retail, Aged Care, Health and Education. There is a serious skill shortage resulting in a huge increase in available Architecture Jobs &amp; Interior Design Jobs. There has also been a shift away from traditional long-standing CAD programs to more 3D centric platforms such as Revit and ArchiCAD. Architect Jobs and Interior Design Jobs are now requiring these CAD package skills reducing the number of suitably skilled candidates.

This comprehensive program is delivered over the first six months of a trainee&rsquo;s tenure with the company ensuring they are equipped with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in their role. We have launched a structured mentoring program that maintains an updated roster of willing mentors within our business.
