Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver architecturally designed residential refurbishments up to $15M and premium commercial fit-out projects from construction through to completion
- Number one on site managing day-to-day site operations ensuring programme, quality and safety are maintained
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and trades across all stages of the project
- Read and interpret drawings to ensure works are delivered in line with design intent
- Manage site programme, sequencing and reporting back to the wider team
- Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders maintaining a professional and proactive approach
- Oversee project delivery across both residential and commercial environments where required
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
- Proven experience delivering architecturally designed residential homes and/or commercial fit-out projects
- Carpentry background with experience as number one on site managing end-to-end project delivery experience
- Strong tenure with previous employers demonstrating commitment and reliability
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships
- Experience working on projects such as event spaces, cafés, commercial kitchens or similar fit-outs (advantageous)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site coordination and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and ability to represent the business professionally on site
