Key responsibilities include:
- Manage 3-4 high-end residential projects concurrently across the Northern Beaches
- Oversee foremen running each site to ensure programme, quality and budget are maintained
- Prepare and manage project programmes, reporting progress back to the business owner
- Review drawings and manage project delivery across all stages from pre-construction through to completion
- Manage variations, prepare quotes and review subcontractor pricing
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and procurement across multiple projects
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout the build
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
- Qualified Carpenter with with strong hands-on understanding of construction
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering high-end residential projects
- Experience delivering architecturally designed homes from start to finish
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong experience managing subcontractors, variations and project financials
- Experience using construction or project management software
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to command respect on site
- Proactive, positive and enthusiastic approach to project delivery
- Strong team culture with a collaborative and supportive environment

- Work on architecturally designed high-end residential projects
- Manage projects locally across the Northern Beaches
