An opportunity exists for an experienced HSE Manager to join a large-scale construction project in the Latrobe Valley region, supporting the delivery of a major renewable energy development.
Roster:
- 3:1 rotation (3 weeks on site, 1 week off)
- Extensive experience in a senior HSE role within construction or major infrastructure projects
- Mandatory: Advanced Diploma in Work Health & Safety or relevant degree qualification
- Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to lead site-based safety teams and influence a positive safety culture
- Experience managing audits, investigations, and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead and oversee all site HSE functions across the project
- Drive safety leadership and ensure compliance with WHS regulations and project standards
- Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Mentor and support site HSE personnel and operational teams
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on safety objectives
