We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major energy infrastructure project in Central NSW. This is a strong opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) installation.
About the role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical works on site, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements. You will lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver works efficiently across all phases of the project.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site
- Lead and manage subcontractors and site personnel
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and project specifications
- Monitor progress and support project delivery timelines
- Conduct inspections, reporting, and quality assurance activities
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on infrastructure or energy projects
- Mandatory BESS project experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, commissioning, and construction processes
- Relevant electrical qualifications and certifications
- 2:1 roster preferred
- DIDO candidates highly regarded; FIFO available from the East Coast
- $70 per hour plus LAFHA
- 12-month contract with potential for extension
