About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Planning & Program Manager to lead the development, coordination, and optimisation of integrated project schedules across development, construction, and asset management. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, with clear visibility of progress, risks, and performance across the full lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage integrated master schedules across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Lead critical path analysis, progress tracking, and performance reporting.
- Provide weekly/monthly insights to Project Directors and leadership teams.
- Review and challenge contractor programs to ensure alignment and compliance
- Identify schedule risks early and drive mitigation and recovery strategies.
- Collaborate across engineering, procurement, commercial, and delivery team.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner on major infrastructure or renewable energy projects
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced scheduling tools
- Ability to manage complex interfaces across contractors, engineering, and grid connections
- Confident communicator, able to present insights and influence stakeholders
- Strong understanding of full project lifecycle (development through to operations)
