A highly regarded engineering and environmental consultancy is seeking Mid-Senior Geotechnical Engineers to join their expanding team on the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast of Queensland. Key Responsibilities
- Manage geotechnical projects from planning to delivery, ensuring client satisfaction, budgets, and timelines are met
- Undertake site investigations, testing, and fieldwork for civil, transport, and environmental projects
- Prepare designs, models, reports, and proposals while reviewing the work of junior engineers
- Maintain client relationships and provide professional guidance to ensure high-quality project outcomes
- Mentor and support junior engineers, providing coaching and development opportunities
- Mentoring, training, and structured career development
- Work on a wide range of projects, from local council works to major transport and mining infrastructure

- Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Engineering Geology (or equivalent)
- Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or actively progressing is highly regarded
- Ideally 5+ years’ hands-on geotechnical experience across both design and field work
- Strong project management skills, ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Australian manual driver’s licence
