With a hands-on leadership team and a strong pipeline of work, they pride themselves on quality delivery, safety, and a collaborative site culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate piling rigs (including Soilmec) and excavators with auger attachments across a variety of foundation systems
- Deliver works across bored piling, CFA, retention systems, ground improvement, and structural concrete packages
- Work closely with site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
- Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain strong safety practices on site
- Secure, long-term work with a strong pipeline of Sydney-based projects

- Proven experience operating piling rigs in Bored & CFA mode
- Exposure to a range of piling techniques is highly desirable (bored, CFA, driven, screw piles, retention systems etc.)
- Ideally posses the following tickets: Dogman, EWP, VOC Piling Rig Operation, First Aid
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude
- Strong rig maintenance acuity
