Are you an experienced Architect/Project Leader with a background in industrial projects looking to take ownership of complex, large-scale developments?
THE STUDIO & ROLE
This established Sydney-based practice has built a strong reputation delivering industrial, logistics and commercial projects across Australia. Their work spans distribution centres, warehouses and large-format developments, often in collaboration with major developers and repeat clients.
The role is suited to a Project Leader who is confident running projects end-to-end, with a strong understanding of industrial typologies, documentation and consultant coordination. You’ll be trusted to lead projects, manage teams and maintain direct client relationships.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Lead industrial and logistics projects from design development through to completion
- Manage internal teams and coordinate consultants across all project stages
- Maintain direct communication with clients, developers and builders
- Oversee documentation packages and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Apply strong technical knowledge across codes, standards and construction methodologies
- Remain hands-on in Revit when required

REQUIREMENTS
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture
- 8+ years post-graduate experience
- Proven experience delivering industrial or logistics projects in a lead role
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and coordination
- Proficiency in Revit
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship – no sponsorship
