Key responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day site operations across high-end residential projects
- Work on the tools approximately 40% of the time supporting carpentry works on site
- Oversee carpenters and subcontract trades to ensure quality and programme are maintained
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and supplier scheduling
- Maintain site diaries and track daily progress across the build
- Read and interpret drawings to ensure works are delivered in line with design
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining a professional and positive site presence
- Ensure all works are delivered safely and in line with project timelines
- Carpentry background with strong hands-on construction knowledge
- Proven experience delivering at least 1–2 high-end residential projects valued $1M+ from start to finish
- Experience overseeing carpenters and coordinating trades on site
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively on site
- Experience using construction site software (advantageous)
- Ability to read and interpret drawings confidently
- Strong organisation skills including site diaries, material ordering and programme tracking
- Positive attitude with the ability to work within a team environment
