- Integrated architecture and construction model allowing projects to be delivered from concept through to completion
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing detailed architectural documentation across concept, DA, CDC and construction stages
- Developing and maintaining high-quality Revit models and drawing packages for residential projects
- Preparing full documentation sets including plans, sections, details and construction drawings
- Working closely with architects and interior designers to ensure design intent is accurately documented
- Ensuring all drawings comply with NSW planning controls, NCC requirements and relevant codes
- Producing detailed construction documentation including joinery, waterproofing, flashing and window detailing
- Supporting the design team across all project stages from initial concept through to construction
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in residential drafting or architectural documentation
- Must be proficient in using Revit with experience producing detailed documentation packages
- Previous experience working within an Australian architectural or drafting studio environment
- Solid understanding of NSW planning processes including CDC and DA approvals
- Strong knowledge of NCC and local council requirements
- High attention to detail with strong technical documentation skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
