An opportunity has opened for a Mid-Level Interior Designer to join a highly regarded, multi award-winning design studio.
Known for its distinctive and expressive design language, the studio delivers a diverse portfolio spanning high-end residential, hospitality and boutique commercial projects. The team operates in a highly collaborative way, with interiors at the core of every project.
This role offers the chance to be hands-on across all stages, contributing meaningfully to both design development and project delivery.
THE ROLE
You will support and lead aspects of interior design projects from early concept through to documentation and delivery. Working closely with senior team members, you will be encouraged to contribute ideas, challenge design thinking and help bring projects to life.
The position would suit someone who is a strong all-rounder with both design flair and technical capability. What matters is a genuine passion for design and the confidence to contribute.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in the design and delivery of high-end interior projects
• Contribute to concept development, FF&E selection and spatial planning
• Prepare presentation packages and client-facing material
• Support documentation and detailing using design software
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and internal teams
• Maintain strong involvement across multiple project stages

REQUIREMENTS
• Tertiary qualifications in Interior Design
• 3–6 years local industry experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design capability
• Experience across high-end residential projects (hospitality/commercial beneficial)
• Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Vectorworks 3D desirable)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
