- Assisting with general civil construction works across the site
- Site preparation including clearing, digging, and levelling ground
- Supporting excavation, trenching, and backfilling operations
- Assisting trades and machine operators (e.g. excavators, rollers)
- Installation of drainage, pipes, and underground services
- Concreting works including formwork, pouring, and finishing assistance
- Manual handling of materials, tools, and equipment
- Traffic control assistance where required
- Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
- Following all WHS (Work Health & Safety) procedures and site instructions
- Previous experience civil Labouring on civil sites.
- Traffic control ticket & experience (highly beneficial but not mandatory)
- White Card (mandatory)
- Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Tickets (excavator, roller, dump truck etc.) are a bonus but not essential
- Own transport preferred!
- Must be reliable and available 5 days a week minimum
