Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / People & Culture Coordinator to join their Sydney studio.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while also supporting key people and culture initiatives across the studio.
The Opportunity
This role will primarily support a senior studio director while also assisting with People & Culture coordination and general studio operations. The position offers excellent variety and would suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy professional environment where no two days are the same.
You will work closely with senior leaders while collaborating with the wider administration and people teams to ensure the studio runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Assistant support to a senior director including diary management and meeting coordination
- Travel arrangements and expense coordination
- Preparation, formatting and editing of documents and presentations
- Supporting People & Culture with recruitment coordination, phone screening and reference checks
- Coordinating interviews, on boarding logistics and HR administration
- Assisting with studio operations and facilities coordination
- Supporting internal events and team functions
- Providing occasional reception coverage when required
- Experience in an Executive Assistant, Studio Coordinator or Office Manager role
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast paced environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Professional and confident communicator
- Comfortable managing competing priorities
- Collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive office culture
- Experience within professional services, architecture, design or creative environments will be highly regarded
- Exposure to HR coordination or People & Culture administration is advantageous
