Multiple Opportunities – Contract Administrators | Class 2 Residential Projects | Sydney
We’re currently working with several well-regarded residential builders across Sydney who are looking to bring on Contract Administrators at various levels to support the delivery of Class 2 apartment developments.
Projects range from boutique luxury apartments through to large-scale residential developments, with roles available for Intermediate, Senior and Lead Contract Administrators across multiple sites.
If you have experience delivering Class 2 residential projects and are open to exploring new opportunities, this is a great chance to step into a role with strong builders who have solid pipelines of upcoming work.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage contract administration across residential apartment projects • Prepare and assess variations, progress claims and payment schedules • Assist with procurement, tender packages and subcontractor negotiations • Work closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, consultants and subcontractors • Maintain accurate cost tracking, reporting and commercial registers • Support project teams to ensure strong commercial outcomes and risk management
Requirements
• Experience working as a Contract Administrator on Class 2 residential projects • Strong understanding of procurement, subcontractor management and cost control • Ability to manage variations, claims and commercial reporting • Good communication skills and ability to work closely with site and delivery teams • Experience with systems such as Procore, Aconex, Jobpac or similar Why Apply • Multiple live opportunities with reputable residential builders • Projects across Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Inner West and Western Sydney • Exposure to luxury boutique developments through to large apartment projects • Competitive salary packages depending on experience • Strong pipeline of upcoming Class 2 residential work
