We are seeking Project Managers for multiple Class 2 residential apartment projects across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and North Shore. This is an excellent opportunity to join a builder delivering high-end, design-focused residential developments, working within a team known for quality-driven outcomes and well-executed projects.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Lead the construction of luxury residential apartment developments, ensuring programme, quality, safety, and budget objectives are achieved.
Team & Stakeholder Management: Oversee Site Managers, Engineers, and Foremen while maintaining strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
Financial & Contract Oversight: Manage budgets, procurement, variations, and contract administration to protect commercial outcomes.
Quality & Safety: Drive QA/QC systems and ensure WHS compliance across the site.
Program & Risk Management: Monitor construction programmes, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to maintain project momentum.
Requirements
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential apartment projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
• Solid understanding of construction sequencing, WHS, and contract frameworks
• Experience with systems such as Procore, Aconex, or similar
