Opportunity for an experienced General Foreman or Site Supervisor to join a well-established head contractor delivering large-scale Class 2 residential projects across NSW valued up to $250M.

With a solid pipeline of high-rise residential work secured, they continue to grow their NSW construction team.
The Role
You’ll be joining an experienced site team on a high-rise Class 2 residential project, working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager to drive the program and coordinate trades on site.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractors and site trades
- Driving program and short-term lookaheads
- Maintaining site diaries and reporting
- Ensuring works are completed in line with BCA and ITP requirements
- Maintaining strong site safety standards
- Coordinating trades through structure, services and finishes
- Trade qualified (Carpentry preferred)
- Proven experience delivering large residential projects ($50M+)
- Strong Class 2 residential experience (high-rise preferred)
- Background working with Mid to high tier head contractors
- Strong subcontractor management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of the full construction process
