About the Opportunity
We are currently partnering with a well established consultancy within the construction and project delivery sector to recruit an Office Coordinator to join their Sydney team.

This opportunity has become available as the current Office Coordinator moves into a new career path after several years in the role, reflecting the supportive and stable environment within the business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a central role within a professional and collaborative team, where you will play a key part in ensuring the day to day operations of the office run smoothly.

The Role
As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the office while providing administrative support across the wider team.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing incoming calls, emails and general enquiries
  • Diary and meeting coordination for the team
  • Preparing documents, reports and supporting project administration
  • Maintaining company systems, records and documentation
  • Coordinating office supplies, facilities and external vendors
  • Supporting invoicing, reporting and general finance administration
  • Organising internal meetings, team events and office logistics
  • Providing ad hoc support across the team as required
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, personable and proactive, with a natural ability to build relationships and keep things running efficiently.

You will likely have:
  • Previous experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Administrator or Team Assistant role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive and hands on approach
  • High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Personality will be key in this role. The successful candidate will be friendly, approachable and someone who enjoys being part of a supportive and close knit team environment.
