Location: Gold Coast
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm | Monday to Friday
We are looking for a Field Customer Service Representative to support customers with forklifts currently on long-term hire, providing site visits, basic servicing and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
• Visiting customer sites to check in on forklifts and equipment currently on long-term hire
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers and building strong working relationships
• Responding to customer enquiries and resolving day-to-day equipment issues
• Identifying potential problems with equipment and coordinating repairs with the service team
• Ensuring customers are satisfied with equipment performance and service levels
• Providing clear updates to customers regarding servicing, repairs, or maintenance
• Completing site visit reports and updating customer information in company systems
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
What You’ll Need
• Customer service or client-facing experience, ideally in a equipment (Forklifts, Plant, Cars or Hire), Construction, Technical, Service environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills when dealing with customers onsite
• Ability to identify issues and escalate technical problems to the service team
• Good organisation skills to manage site visits, reports, and customer follow-ups
• Basic mechanical awareness or willingness to learn about forklifts and equipment
• Full driver’s licence and ability to drive a manual company vehicle
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Reliable, professional, and focused on delivering a high level of customer service
