We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Strata Manager to join a growing and highly reputable strata management business in Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional who enjoys managing complex portfolios, building strong client relationships, and delivering high-quality service.
This role will see you take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio consisting of 23 schemes (approximately 1,580 lots) with varying levels of complexity, including Owners Corporations and Building Management Committees (BMCs).
As a Senior Strata Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your portfolio while delivering proactive, solution-focused service to clients and residents.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for Owners Corporations, committees, residents and contractors
- Working closely with Building Management Committees and committees to resolve issues and implement improvements
- Taking a proactive approach to building maintenance and problem resolution
- Preparing for and chairing meetings including AGMs and committee meetings
- Ensuring compliance with NSW strata legislation and industry regulations
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Delivering high-quality service with a solution-oriented approach rather than fee-driven work
- Minimum 8 years’ experience as a Strata Manager
- A current NSW Strata Managing Agent Licence
- Strong experience managing complex residential schemes and BMCs
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Strong organisation, administration and time management skills
- The ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- A professional and proactive approach to problem solving
