What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate design and documentation across multi-residential projects
- Work closely with internal development and construction teams
- Produce high-quality detailing and construction documentation
- Oversee project coordination through all phases, ensuring smooth delivery
- Communicate clearly and effectively with consultants, authorities, and contractors
- Minimum 10 years’ post-graduate experience as an Architect
- Proven experience on multi-residential projects – essential
- Australian project experience with strong knowledge of local codes and standards
- Proficiency in both Revit and ArchiCAD
- A stable employment history demonstrating commitment and reliability
- Strong analytical skills to assess design feasibility and project requirements.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience in customer service and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Basic understanding of finance principles in the context of project budgets and cost management.
- Proven experience in architectural and services design management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Your ability to problem solve and coordinate all facets of the design process, resolve issues and deliver a streamlined & efficient design are at the core of this role.
- Knowledge of the RAB Act, Design & Building Practitioners Act and use of the NSW Planning Portal
