We are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a busy civil and landscaping project on a sports field. This is a 3-month contract role initially with a hands-on focus on coordinating multiple subcontractors and overseeing earthworks and landscaping works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations, including bulk earthworks and landscaping activities.
• Coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
• Oversee installation of large lighting structures and other sports field infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements and project specifications.
• Report progress to the Project Manager and resolve any site issues efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Foreman on civil or landscaping projects.
• Strong knowledge of bulk earthworks, landscaping, and civil construction processes.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors on-site.
• Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
• Machine operating tickets preferred.

This is a hands-on role on a fast-moving site with a mix of civil and landscaping works.
